About the software

How do our vehicles get into the system?

Add individual vehicles by VIN. For whole fleets, use the CSV template; we will import it together with you.

Who can see what?

Roles and scope permissions control which legal entities, sites and vehicles a user can view and edit.

Where is the data hosted?

The platform runs in a data centre in Frankfurt, within the EU. A data processing agreement is included.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your data at any time; the available formats depend on the module.

Will the German tax office accept the logbook?

There is no official approval process for logbook software. The tax office reviews each logbook individually. fleetfeat provides the technical foundation: timely entries, locked records and logged corrections. You remain responsible for complete and timely entries.
