How does the service partner get access to our vehicles?
You arrange this directly with the service partner – typically a key handover on site or a fixed contact person. The service happens on your premises; vehicles never leave your site.
How does a booking work?
You request a quote or book via the platform. FleetFeat automatically matches a vetted service partner near you – you get a date and confirmation without comparing providers yourself.
How quickly do we get an appointment?
We respond to quote requests within 24 hours. Bookings are possible with 24 to 72 hours lead time depending on the partner.
How is quality proven?
Every job is documented with before/after photos that go straight into the vehicle's digital record. A job only counts as done once the photo proof is complete.
What if something isn't right?
Acceptance happens directly on site – if something is off, it's fixed immediately. If an appointment is cancelled, you get a replacement within 3 days.
How does billing work?
You pay FleetFeat – one invoice, every line item tied to a vehicle and job. Fixed service prices plus a transparent travel rule (€0.99/km, free from 3 vehicles per appointment), no hidden costs.
Do I need an account to make a request?
No. You can request a quote without an account – you only need one once you want to manage and book your fleet on the platform.

While we run the platform in its test and launch phase, you use it free of charge – with no price commitment. Operational services are booked as usual at fixed prices – those are not free.
