What the platform doesn't do

It does not guess.

If no usage-history entry identifies who drove a pool vehicle at a given time, the answer is “Pool, unknown” — not a guess. Estimated evidence is not reliable evidence.

Usage history

Who was driving the vehicle at a certain time?

Every driver change is recorded with a timestamp. Driver assignments are deleted three years after the usage period ends by default, unless a related fine remains open. The retention period is configurable.
