Travel

The service comes to the vehicle

The one-way distance is charged once per appointment. Travel is free for three or more vehicles at the same appointment.

All prices exclude VAT. This offer is available exclusively to businesses as defined in Section 14 of the German Civil Code. The travel rule is based on the number of vehicles at the same appointment; travel is free for three or more vehicles. We prepare quotes for weekly, monthly or quarterly recurring plans within 24 hours; direct calendar booking will follow.

You can book services without a platform subscription and pay only for the job.

Record the vehicle's condition before any work is commissioned.

Vehicle transfers

Have a vehicle moved from one location to another.

Workshop transfers

A driver takes the vehicle to its inspection or workshop appointment and returns it.

From service need to documented job

The same four steps every time. Every job ends in the same vehicle record.

Request a service

Select the vehicle by VIN, then specify the service and time window.

We commission the partner company

We commission an approved partner company near you and invoice the service to you ourselves.

Completed on site

The service partner comes to the vehicle and you approve the work at the location.

Documented and billed

Before and after photos go into the vehicle record, and billing runs through the platform.

Service commitment: a response within one hour. If an appointment is cancelled, we arrange a replacement within three days and reimburse 50% of the cost. If anything is not right at handover, it is corrected immediately.
