The structure

Two dimensions: location and cost centre

A vehicle operates somewhere and a cost centre pays for it. Those are separate dimensions.

First dimension

Location

Track where the vehicle is based, who drives it and who meets the service partner. Jobs can be bundled by location; with at least three vehicles per appointment, the travel charge is waived.

Second dimension

Cost centre

Track who pays the bill. Leasing, fuel and service costs follow the assigned cost centre, even when the vehicle changes location.
