The document inbox bundles uploads and lets people review the automatic assignment before accepting it.
Workflow
A PDF or image enters the central inbox.
AI suggests the document type, vehicle and next step.
A person confirms or corrects the suggestions.
The document moves into the matching vehicle record.
Unassigned inbox items are removed after the configured retention period. A dedicated email inbox is not part of this feature.
