Almost every provider shades the whole country on a map. In reality, service is only available where someone can actually set off that morning.
Shaded does not mean served
A coloured area on a map does not tell you whether someone can reach your site today.
The cancellation comes too late
You do not find out when booking, but only after the vehicle has already been taken out of service.
