Vehicle records, deadlines, costs, mileage log, fines, damage, driving licence checks and reports.
Included: import of your completed vehicle list using our CSV template, up to 500 vehicles per file, plus a live onboarding session of up to 60 minutes.

Services
Per job
Pay only for what you book. Prices depend on the service and vehicle class; travel is free for three or more vehicles at the same appointment.
You can book services without a platform subscription and pay only for the job.

Terms
Monthly and transparent
Billing
There is no platform fee in the month you order. Billing then takes place monthly in arrears, based on the number of active vehicles on the final day of the month; archived vehicles do not count.
Cancellation
The software agreement runs indefinitely and can be cancelled in text form with one month's notice to the end of a month.

Where the real costs sit
Three costs that never appear on a monthly invoice but still arise.
Excess mileage
Mileage above the agreed allowance is charged per kilometre at return. It becomes visible only at the end, unless you track the mileage budget continuously.
Missed deadlines
Statutory inspections, accident-prevention checks and driving licence checks are operator obligations. Missing them can create liability regardless of who drove the vehicle.
Damage without evidence
Without before photos, it is difficult to prove when damage occurred. The charge arrives at the end of the lease.
