The problem

Where jobs get lost

The appointment sits in an email, the document stays with the service partner and the driver's sign-off is only remembered.

Appointment without a vehicle

One call and one date, but no vehicle record. Any later question depends on finding somebody who still remembers.

Work without evidence

Completed work without evidence cannot be verified. At lease return, only documented work counts.

Invoice without assignment

One invoice line for eight vehicles leaves accounting to estimate the allocation.

The history

Four statuses, no grey area

Every job has exactly one status. There is no vague “somehow in progress” state.

Planned

The vehicle, service and time window are confirmed. The appointment stays with the vehicle, not in somebody's inbox.

In progress

The service partner is on site. Before photos have been captured and the vehicle remains there while work is completed.

Awaiting sign-off

After photos are ready. The job cannot progress without on-site sign-off.

Completed

The supporting document, timestamp and photos are stored in the vehicle record. The amount feeds directly into that vehicle's costs.

Not as an attachment that someone submits later, but as a condition for the next state.

Before work

Vehicle selected via VIN

The job is linked to the VIN. A registration number may change; the vehicle record remains.

During work

Photos before and after

Both sides see the same images, including the timestamp and service location.

After work

On-site sign-off

If something is not right, it can be corrected immediately. Photo evidence is required for completion, not optional.

All prices exclude statutory VAT. Available exclusively to business customers as defined in Section 14 BGB. Prices by vehicle class.

What the vehicle record contains afterwards

Date, service, amount, document

The amount goes towards the cost of the vehicle - so far €14,476.11 TCO and 0.56 €/km. None of this will be added at the end of the month.
