How a job progresses

Four stages remain visible in the dashboard, from booking through to evidence.

  1. ScheduledThe appointment and location are set, and the service partner is assigned.
  2. In progressOn site, with before photos captured.
  3. Awaiting acceptanceAfter photos are ready. You accept the work or request immediate remedial action.
  4. CompletedThe evidence and photos are attached to the vehicle record and included in that vehicle's costs.

Charged once per appointment for the one-way distance when one or two vehicles are booked. Travel is free for three or more vehicles at the same appointment.

Travel is free when three or more vehicles are ready at the same appointment.

Soiling surcharge

+25% for moderate soiling and +50% for heavy soiling. At +80% it is treated as specialist cleaning.

Express / same-day

+100% on the package price for same-day service.

Service plans

Weekly, monthly, quarterly or tailored schedules, with a plan quotation within 24 hours.

Billing

Billed through the platform. Corporate customers receive one consolidated invoice each month.

Every service partner attending your vehicle is vetted.

Three documents are required before approval. No service partner receives a job without them.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Lead time is one day. We respond to enquiries within one hour and provide a quotation within 24 hours.

What happens if the service partner cancels?

You receive a replacement appointment within three days and a refund of 50% of the cost. This commitment is included in the framework agreement.

How does billing work?
