How it works
What counts is the date of the first valid invoice issued to the referred customer – not the day you referred them and not the day they registered. The link or code submitted with customer registration is assigned once; the dashboard then shows the start, end and commission balance for each direct referral.
Share your personal link or code and disclose your role as a referrer to the customer.
The code submitted with registration is assigned once and cannot be replaced afterwards. The two years do not start here.
Only its invoice date starts the 24-month window. If that invoice is cancelled, the next valid invoice counts.
Paid net amounts are settled on 30 June and 31 December.
Transparent example
Assumptions, stated openly: 50 vehicles on the platform subscription at €4.90 net per vehicle and month, plus one interior clean per vehicle and year at the starting price of €49.00 net. Constant use for two years from the first invoice.

Discounts, corrections and refunds reduce the basis. Issued credit notes remain unchanged; the difference is offset later.

The programme is not open yet. It starts once the referral terms are in force and subscription invoices are settled by the same logic. Until then there are no referred customers and no running 24-month window.
