Import the fleet
Add vehicles individually by VIN or import the existing list as a CSV, including registration, model and lease data.
Assign roles
Decide who can see costs and who only needs deadlines. Fleet management, accounting and leadership work from the same vehicle record.
Add compliance deadlines
Record roadworthiness checks, workplace safety inspections and driving licence checks with their intervals. From then on, the system prompts you instead of relying on memory.
Complete the first job
Book a service and see how every future job ends: with photos, a timestamp and evidence in the vehicle record.

What you need to get started
Very little. Everything else develops through day-to-day use, not through weeks of preparation.
A list of your vehicles
Registration numbers and VINs are enough. An existing Excel file is fine; it does not need to be perfect, only complete enough to begin.
Two or three people
The people who manage the fleet and review invoices. You can add further roles and locations at any time.
One vehicle to begin with
One vehicle, one job and one complete record. Then decide on the rest of the fleet based on a tangible result.

A service can be booked with 24 hours lead time, even for a single vehicle. The job closes only once the work is complete.

Interior cleaning from €49.00, full interior and exterior detailing from €179.00 for compact cars. Prices by vehicle class.
Prices exclude VAT. This offer is available exclusively to businesses as defined in Section 14 of the German Civil Code.
