How does matching work?
Pick the vehicle by VIN, choose the service and a time window — FleetFeat automatically matches a vetted partner nearby with free capacity. You never have to search or compare providers yourself.
How much lead time do I need for an appointment?
Depending on the service we plan with 24, 48 or 72 hours' lead time. Within that SLA we reliably find a partner and confirm the appointment — for short-notice requests we aim for the next available window.
Which areas do you serve?
Our partners come straight to your location. Each partner defines a service area of up to 50 km around their base. We match your address automatically and only offer partners who can actually reach you.
What does travel cost?
For 1–2 vehicles per appointment it is €0.99 per kilometre (one-way, charged once) — from 3 vehicles in one booking on the same day travel is completely free. It goes 100% to the partner. The service price itself starts at €49 net, depending on the service and vehicle.
How is a service documented?
Every service is recorded in the digital vehicle record — with before/after photos, notes and a VIN reference. That gives you complete proof for resale value, leasing returns and internal audits.
How does billing work?
Payment runs centrally through the platform — one transparent statement per service instead of many individual invoices. Travel and service price are itemized clearly, and the partner receives the full travel fee.
