A measurement is a call to our health endpoint from a runner outside our infrastructure. That service explicitly treats schedules as best effort: it runs fewer checks than are scheduled. That is why the actual number is shown next to the expected one — so every statement on this page can be recalculated.
Availability over the evaluable period
There are not enough measurements for a dependable percentage (99 of at least 2,000). We do not publish a figure that would look better than the measurement supports.
The target window is 90 days. It only becomes evaluable from the day the measurement was switched to production alone — before that it was mixed with the preview environment and unusable as a statement about the platform.
The “Standard” service level commits to 99.5% availability per calendar month. Monthly figures are compiled once a month and issued as CSV on request for billing — a self-service download is not yet available.
What this page measures — and what it does not
- We measure whether the platform is reachable, not individual features. A green status means: the application responds.
- This page is served from the same domain as the application. In a full outage it is therefore unavailable as well.
- The measurement and its history live with an external service. If that service is unreachable, this page shows “no data” — not “operational”.
- The service keeps 90 days of measurement history. Older calendar months come from our monthly extract.
